1)MVR蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力為電能,電能轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械能將二次蒸汽熱能品位提升,運(yùn)行成本較生產(chǎn)或購(gòu)買(mǎi)新鮮蒸汽方式大幅降低。 Main driven power of MVR evaporation system is electric energy. Electric energy transfer to mechanical energy and improve the quality of second steam which is more economic than produce or purchase fresh steam.
2)在大多數(shù)的蒸發(fā)工藝情況下,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中不需要供入生蒸汽,僅當(dāng)出料成品液或母液熱量因工藝要求不能回收的情況下才需要補(bǔ)充部分熱量以供來(lái)料預(yù)熱之用。 Under most of the evaporation process, system no need fresh steam during operation. Only need some steam compensation for pre-heating the raw material when heat energy from product discharged or mother liquid cannot be recycled due to process requirement.
3)系統(tǒng)不需要專(zhuān)門(mén)的冷凝器冷凝二次蒸汽,所以也不需要大量的循環(huán)冷卻水,節(jié)約大量水資源及電能。 No need independent condenser for second steam condensation, so no need circulating cooling water. Water resource and electric energy will be saved.
4)換熱溫差低,蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度較溫和,可降低某些物料的結(jié)垢幾率。 Low heat exchange temperature difference and mild evaporation strength, scaling possibility of some product will be reduced.
5)系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)溫度可控,非常適用于熱敏物料的蒸發(fā)濃縮。 Evaporation temperature of system can be controlled and very suitable for evaporation an concentration of thermal sensitive product.
6)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備數(shù)量少,設(shè)備布置簡(jiǎn)單緊湊,總占地面積小。 Less equipment and compact layout with less occupation.
